Designed to compliment the Smith Machines as a tool for exercise, this bench features a sliding seat and can be used in any weightlifting context, but is best used with a Smith Machine, or in very basic exercises. Adaptable to support decline angles, the bench is 18" tall when in the horizontal (neutral) position the bench only gets lower, making it easy to reach the dumbbells on the floor. |
