The convenient quick release safety pins on the bench provides a secure, non-slip, lock in position that can easily be removed and inserted when desired.
For a more comfortable, supportive and stable platform for weightlifting, the bench features 2" contoured foam padded bench cushions the head, neck, back and buttocks. This helps reduce fatigue and promote better blood circulation through the body. Seven angle settings allow you to find the perfect position for dumbbell exersises. Adjustable from a decline to 85 degrees. Also excellent for leg exercises with the u-shape design of the legs.
