| The Smith Cross Strength Trainer by BodyCraft
BodyCraft has a long history of success with making quality machinery. Their machines are crafted of the best steel, planned and designed around actual gym frames (most other companies design just around the stations), ensuring that the fitness systems have a much stronger base than all the other gym systems in their class. They pad with high density foam to supply the most comfort to the areas of your body that come into contact with the gym. Their combination of high quality items for everything from the pully and cords to the finish of the gyms are unmatched by other companies. Their quality is matched only by their own LIFETIME WARRANTY, guaranteeing their work. Any part that fails is replaced, for as long as you own your equipment. The Bodycraft Cross Smith is the Complete Strength Training Machine for those serious about the art of weightlifting or bodybuilding.

As an added bonus, all the cabling is done at the factory allowing you a hassle free installation.
By using free weight plates rather than a weight stack the machine can be more versatile than most. Veteran weightlifters owning their own plates will be able to use them, saving money, & allowing custom weight levels.
The Cross also features a free weight motion mechanism to help develop and strengthen stabilizer muscles. A special ball joint allows the Olympic bar to move within the frame to involve as many muscles as possible during a lift. Experienced weightlifters will no doubt appreciate the stabilizer muscle involvment and those new to weightlifting will appreciate the added safety as they gain experience working with free weights. For more traditional motions, the Cross includes a locking mechanism for smooth, rod-guided lifting.
Constructed from heavy 12 gauge 2"x3" and 2"x2" steel tubing and 7x19 strand aircraft cabling along with Bodycraft's LIFETIME WARRANTY, one can rest easy, knowing this machine could well last them a lifetime. |
