The Bodycraft Strata features something that no other model in the line does, with its traditional full size bench. This allows for horizontal and dumbbell exercises as well as traditional laying position for leg curls. The Strata gives you all the benefits of a home gym and a platform for free weights for choice and variety. A 2" thick foam padding keeps the body comfortable and reduces fatigue and discomfort by ensuring better blood circulation. The leg press attachment accurately recreates the motion of squats. This also helps reduce soreness and injury in the knees and lower joints. |

| Included is a simpler version of their famous pec dec, suitable for regular, incline and dumbbell pec flies. With fiberglass reinforced nylon pulley wheels that ride on smooth double wall sealed bearings, the motion of Strata stays beautifully even and consistent. Internally lubricated steel aircraft quality cables have a tough 2000lb tensile strength and ride smoothly through the deep "V" channel on the pulley wheels. Optional leg press provides weight ratio of 1.5:1 and is designed to mimic the squat, while reducing strain on the knees, also great for building calves! |
