Since the gym offers more sides of stations, the leg press has been incorporated into the design directly, allowing you to increase muscle tone and strength in your lower body. The leg press stabilizes and isolates the major muscle groups in the legs without adding stress to your back and shoulder muscles. The adjustable cable arms are exclusive to the XPress line of home gyms and provide a great amount of variety as well as flexibility in a compact design.
