BodyCraft has created a machine specifically targeting the popular arm, back and shoulder regions. This model features an arm curl pad which promotes good form and excellent results. The adjustable pad is also easy to remove when changing exercises. The Back and Arm machine is also equipped with a 2" thick high density foam that cushions the arms, elbows, and chest when lifting. This padding reduces fatigue and discomfort and also promotes good blood circulation.
At the heart of the machine, the row exercise is the core function, rather than an afterthought, as with some models. Rather than being seated on the floor, or using an attachment, the rowing is done on the BodyCraft Back and Arm Machine's Seat. Not only does this design save space, it provides a more suitable and comfortable platform for rowing. A footplate is included, in order to support your ankles at a proper angle.
